Here at Hemphill Solar we have come up with a handy new tool for anyone to determine their solar power needs. By entering your electrical usage for each month into the calculator below, you can discover how many kilo-watts of solar panels you need (typically one solar panel is 250 Watts and measures 65″ x 39″). We built our algorithm to generate the correct amount of power you need, putting the least amount of power back into the utility’s grid.
Locate your latest power bill and look for a graph near the bottom (if you are a PSO customer) then enter each corresponding month into the form below. You can upload your bill and complete the rest of the form. We will send you an estimate if you are a business. If you are a residential customer you can head over to our Solar Store and check out the Grid-Tie systems we offer that most closely match the results you see in the calculator. Currently Hemphill Solar does not offer a residential installation service, but our kits are an easy way for the Do-It-Yourself-er to add solar to their home.
